  1. first of all i would like to thank you for you beautiful comment at Slightly Me. I think your blog is ever so lovely. I am so greatful you stoped by my blog or i would never have had the joy or visiting yours x

  2. I am constantly amazed at how God works. . .because of that I wonder how I can still be so surprised over and over! Shouldn’t I EXPECT to be surprised by now? 😀

Anyway, I “accidently” found you on James’ site, “My Literary Quest,” and had to check your blog out. So glad I did. BTW, in my household, such accidents are called “Godincidences.” No such thing as coincidence around here.

From reading your blog and several posts, I feel fairly safe in saying we have a lot in common – including our faith in our awesome, awe-ful, God. Please feel free to drop by my blog whenever you have time (I am quite long-winded – you’ll need time!) My posts run the gamut of styles and subjects – depends on my mood. However, this weekend, I posted a brief poem about one of our cats that we had to put down last year. You might relate to it.

Also, I am a beginning photographer, and am working each day on improving. Our similarities go on and on, it would seem!

I look forward to reading your blog, and I am adding you to my blogroll!

    God bless,
    Paula

    • Thanks for your wonderful feedback, Paula. I took a quick peek at your site, but since I only have a few minutes, will have to go back again. The posts look very inviting. 🙂

      • Whoops! I meant Jodi’s site – My Literary Quest. James’ site is “Aardvarkian Tales.” Don’t know if you have visited there before, but it’s another great one to check out and enjoy!

  3. Hi Heather!

I checked out your blog just after you visited mine and left a wonderful comment. Now I’m FINALLY getting around to leaving a note. I enjoyed reading your posts and look forward to many more. My blog has been *quiet* for a couple of weeks, just as I’ve been *quiet*. But I feel the words returning and I’m excited to get back to it.
Looking at your most recent post – we dug up our house foundation almost two years ago, so I understand the frustrations, but what a wonderful idea to paint the rocks!
    Blessings on you, Anna

  4. Heather,

We are fellow Word Guild members and you posted some very helpful comments on my poem, Rock-a-by. Thank you.
I felt a need to visit your blog and I must agree with the comments above – I love the way you handle words. Very pleasing to read.

    • Thank you, Stacey. I’ve just popped in on your blog and was surprised to see that it was one I’d checked in on not too long ago. Your posts look inviting and inspiring–will have to spend more time looking around. 🙂

      God bless,
      Heather

  5. Thank you, Heather, for liking my post, Finding a spacious place within, on Under the Cover of Prayer Blog. Like Stacey, I am also a TWG member, and it’s so good to meet up with one another around the net.
I love your blog Heather and I will be a regular visitor from now on.

    • What a great surprise, Judith. I look forward to seeing more of your posts. This morning’s reminded me of the lesson about ‘the cushion of the sea.’ That peaceful, inward place that cannot be touched by the storms of life.

  6. Hi Heather,

Thanks for reading my post, on Under the Cover of Prayer. Glad you liked it! I love your site and enjoyed reading your blog about that lovely grandpa of yours!

    Blessings
